Before you get into the Session (deprecated) / Mix Editor, we advise you strongly to Import your Music and get to know the Playlists Tab.

The Mix Editor is the core of Mixlog, designed to help you create and log your mixes**..**. It serves as a workflow add-on where you add tunes one by one, logging the Combos you play or practice.

Adding Tunes: You can add tunes to the Mix Editor by searching for them or by tapping "Suggestions" to get ideas.

Filtering: The filter allows you to change the context of your search andSsuggestions. You can filter by playlists, BPM range, and tags. It's recommended to use playlist filtering for relevant suggestions across folders.

Logging Combos: When you add a new tune, you log the transition with the previous tune on the Combo page. You can tag combos as "Try Later" "Played," "Bad Combo," or "Love It". You can also mark them as reversible if they work in both directions.

Saving and Resetting: When finished, you can save the current Mix to the Mixes tab. The Mix Editor will then clear its tunes, but your Combos are never deleted.

The Mix Editor is adaptable to any workflow; use the tags to identify how you feel about a Combo.
